Wicked Watch Party

Let’s get Wicked…

My family went to see the live Broadway show of Wicked in New York City in 2018. To this day, it has been one of the best experiences we have had on a vacation. From the story to the acting to the incredible singing, it was just amazing! My dad still talks about how amazing the singing was in that show. He always says he would only go back to New York City to see Wicked again.

So, imagine our excitement when we heard Wicked was coming to the big screen. We planned on seeing it in the theater together, but it didn’t work out. We ended up watching it at home and really enjoyed it (not quite as much as the live show, though).

This year, we decided to have a rewatch party prior to Wicked for Good coming out in theaters. With the movie, we of course needed snacks. I decided to create a little snack tray for the occasion featuring the colors green and pink for the main characters, Elphaba and Glinda.

Here is a rundown of what I had on my wickedly good snack tray…

  • Elphaba’s Cranberry Pistachio White Chocolate Bark
  • Glinda’s Circus Animal White Chocolate Bark
  • Elphaba’s Mint Marshmallow Popcorn
  • Glinda’s Peppermint Popcorn
  • Wicked Cupcakes
