White Chocolate Peppermint Popcorn

A delicious popcorn snack with a peppermint flavor

Ingredients

  • 6 cups popcorn
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • 1 cup crushed peppermints or candy canes

Instructions

  • Combine popcorn, pretzels, and mini marshmallows on a parchment lined baking sheet
  • Melt white chocolate in microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each heating
  • Pour melted chocolate on popcorn mixture
  • Sprinkle crushed peppermints on top of mixture
  • Gently fold the mixture until popcorn is coated with white chocolate
  • Let cool until hardened
