Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan

It’s 2026 and that means a new set of goals or resolutions. This year I am making my resolution to cook 1 new to me meal every week. I have decided the best night of the week for me to accomplish this goal is Saturday night. After a week of eating the same old thing, it will be nice to try something new.

This week’s Saturday Night Supper is not necessarily new to me, but it was a new method of cooking the chicken to me. Cooking the chicken in the air fryer was a game changer! It made cooked the chicken perfectly and required a lot less oil than frying it in a skillet.

This Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and so easy to make at home!

It’s a lighter, faster take on the classic chicken parm — no deep frying, no mess, and perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.

This air fryer chicken parmesan is packed with flavor, topped with melty mozzarella, and finished with warm marinara. Serve it with pasta, a salad, or even on a sandwich for the ultimate comfort meal.

Why you’ll love this recipe:
Crispy without deep frying
Ready in under 30 minutes
Family-friendly & easy

I hope you add Saturday Night Supper to your new year’s goals 🙂
