Here’s another big hit at the work potluck. I didn’t have much time afterwork and these were a cinch to make. I took a basic blondie recipe and elevated it by adding graham crackers, milk chocolate, and marshmallow fluff.
It’s almost winter here in the Midwest and I’m already missing sitting by a campfire. These blondies really did the trick! They have a rich, brown sugar flavor and the marshmallow fluff makes them a little gooey.

- Grease a 9×9 baking pan and preheat oven to 350
- Whisk the melted butter and sugar in a bowl
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and stir to combine
- Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder
- Stir in the chocolate chips and gently fold in the graham crackers
- Put mixture in the baking pan and swirl in the marshmallow fluff
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean
- Let cool in pan before cutting
