S'mores Blondies

Campfire memories in a blondie

Equipment

  • 9x9 Baking Pan

Ingredients

  • ½ cup salted butter melted
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  • Grease a 9x9 baking pan and preheat oven to 350
  • Whisk the melted butter and sugar in a bowl
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract and stir to combine
  • Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder
  • Stir in the chocolate chips and gently fold in the graham crackers
  • Put mixture in the baking pan and swirl in the marshmallow fluff
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean
  • Let cool in pan before cutting
