Grandma's Pumpkin Loaf

A moist pumpkin loaf that's not too sweet but has the right amount of fall spice

Equipment

  • 1 Loaf Pan 9x5

Ingredients

  • cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Grease a 9x5 loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
  • Whisk first 7 ingredients together in a bowl, set aside.
  • In another bowl, whisk together rest of ingredients until well combined.
  • Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  • Pour batter into lined loaf pan.
  • Bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out with moist crumb.
